Description
Camus Borderies XO is made exclusively from eaux-de-vie of the Borderies growing area. This small cru is known for its round, floral cognacs, and Camus has taken particular care to bring out that character in its blends.
In the glass there is violet, iris, roasted nuts and ripe fruit; the palate is smooth, oily and deep. Long ageing adds the warmth of oak and spices without masking the floral soul of the cru. Camus Borderies XO is a good choice for those who want to learn how origin shapes the character of a cognac.
