Delamain is a cognac house based in Jarnac, with roots going back to 1759. The house focuses exclusively on Grande Champagne cognacs and makes no young blends — its range begins with XO. Delamain does not distil itself; instead it carefully selects young eaux-de-vie and lets them mature slowly in its own cellars. The house style is pale, dry and exceptionally elegant, and its flagship, Pale & Dry XO, is a favourite among many connoisseurs.
