Delamain Pale & Dry XO

Delamain Pale & Dry XO is the best-known cognac of this Jarnac house and a superb example of a style in which finesse matters more than power. The blend is made exclusively from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, aged in old casks so that the oak does not overshadow the character of the spirit itself.

As the name suggests, the cognac is pale in colour, with a dry, clean taste. On the nose there is vanilla, ripe fruit and delicate flowers; the palate is light, but with a very long finish. Pale & Dry XO is a good choice for those who prefer an elegant, refined cognac and want to discover the purest face of Grande Champagne.
